Penny Leadbetter
NP & PSDC DIRECTOR
Hi, I’m Penny, I’m 26 and from Cheshire, England. I have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy but fell in love with my job at Incarnation Center the moment I arrived and haven't looked back. I have been with Incarnation Center since 2015 beginning as a camp counselor for Pequot Sherwood Day Camp and working my way up to Director of two incredible programs here. My experiences at the Center have grown my love of working with children and engaging them with the outdoors and their peers. I love connecting with new people and seeing the friendships that blossom between everyone who comes here. In my spare time I absolutely love to read and paint, and anyone I have ever met can attest to how much I love Harry Potter.
